We checked in during the 1st day of Eid, I understand that the hotel was fully booked. The l checks in was fast and i like the Front Office Manager, Azian. She was polite and all smile.

When we stepped in the room, however, the bad smell from the carpet took all my good first impression away. We quickly opened the window so fresh air can come in.

Then i stepped in the washroom and there is no towel what so ever. I think the house keeping forgotten to replenished the washroom. I dont even have the bath mat and i really HATE wet floor.

So i rang the house keeping, told the guy i just checked in but no towel. He asked if i need some. What a joke. Of course the towel arrived after our SECOND call requesting for them.

The bedding, even tho its king size, is so not comfy. The bed was old, the comforter seems so thin (maybe from years of usage), the pillows are old and flimsy. We used three pillows stacked together and share it the rest of the night.

The food at breakfast was poor, maybe because we came down for breakfast at 945am and they didnt replenish it.

Overall, i think i paid a lot of money for very little pleasure.
